Adding agreement terms

If you have contracts that you would like to add agreement terms to, follow the directions below:

  • Go to the Services & Pricing screen, then select Contracts on the left side.
  • Select your Contracts from the list.
  • Corporate has provided the HTML of your Agreement Terms in the "12 Month - 4x" contract so you will need to make updates that are location specific and then copy/paste the text into each contract.

  • Click Add Agreement Terms at the bottom to expand the section and then select the HTML box.

  • Update your Corporate provided terms by replacing all instances of ENTITY NAME with your LLC and STATE with your State. Copy your newly updated HTML Agreement Terms, and then click Update on the left side.

  • TIP: If on a PC, use Control + F to search for the terms to be adjusted. If you are on an Apple, use Command + F to quickly find all instances of Entity Name and State.

  • Select SAVE to complete the Agreement
  • If needed, repeat process for all Contracts that require updated Agreement Terms.

  • TIP: Since you copied the HTML Agreement Terms from the previous contract; you can paste your updated/location specific Agreement Terms into each corresponding Contract.
