Signing Clients Up for A Live Stream Class

The process for signing clients up for Live Stream is very similar to the regular iLKB classes. You simply need to schedule your virtual classes and let the software do the rest. Clients will book and pay the same as they always have, and they'll automatically receive a link to the live stream 30 minutes before class begins.

You can verify that you have Live Steam classes turned on by going to Services & Pricing from your Home tab and finding the ILKB Virtual Classes Service Category. Make sure that the Live Steam toggle is in the On position.

Making the Reservation

1. Start by locating your Live Steam classes under the All Classes tab.

2. Locate the Live Stream class your client would like to sign up for.

• You can easily spot Live Stream classes from your schedule by looking for the Live Stream icon.

• You can also filter your schedule to only Live Stream classes using the Service Category drop-down located at the top of the page.

3. Click on the blue Sign In link to open to the class roster.

4. Search for the client who would like to sign up for the Live Stream class and select their name once it shows up. This will add them to the class.

5. If the client doesn’t have a membership that covers the Live Stream class, their visit will show up as unpaid. You can click the Buy button to move directly to the Retail page and make a sale.

Joining the Class

• Any client who is registered for a Live Stream class will receive a link to join the class 30 minutes before the start time.

• If a client is registered within the last 30 minutes before the start, they’ll receive the link within a few minutes.

• If for any reason you need to copy and distribute the Live Steam link, you can do so by clicking Create Live Steam Link from the class sign-in page.
