Follow the directions below to learn how to generate links that you can share in emails or on your business website.

  • When testing the links you've created, you will need to log out of Business Mode, open a private browsing window, or enter the link in an alternate browser (e.g., Firefox instead of Chrome).
  • In order to view the various links and their functions, be sure the permissions for staff are set to do so.

To locate the Links screen, go to the Manager Tools screen, and then:

  1. Choose Links in the Communications and Marketing section.
    • The options listed on the Links page will vary depending on your software level and settings you have enabled in your MINDBODY site.
  2. Once on the links page, click to expand the section you wish to create a link from.
  3. Select any applicable filters you would like.
  4. Copy the generated link.
  5. Paste the link where ever you wish to share it, such as on your website or in an email to clients.
