Virtual Membership: Adding Virtual Classes to a Tab

This article will detail how to assign your Live Stream classes to an existing tab and ensure that they appear in the iLoveKickboxing Branded App.

Note: Only Managers will be able to complete this task.

Start by Logging into your iLoveKickboxing site and identifying your class tabs. There should be three options: All Classes, First Class, and ILKB Classes. Since ILKB Classes is currently enabled to show in the iLoveKickboxing Branded App, Live Stream classes should be assigned to ILKB Classes and All Classes.

1. Select the Home tab and choose Services & Pricing from the sub-menu.

2. Locate your Live Stream enabled Service Categories. You can differentiate them from your regular Service Categories by looking at the Live Stream toggle depicted below.

3. Click on the Gear Icon to the right of the Live Stream toggle to view your Service Category settings. Choose Tab assignment from the menu.

4. A Tab Assignment window will open with a drop-down menu containing the names of your tabs. Open the menu and check off All Classes and ILKB

   Classes. If the box is already checked, leave the tab selection as is.

5. Once you’ve selected the appropriate tabs, select Save.

Once you have enabled Live Stream classes to show on the tabs detailed above, we want to confirm that Live Stream classes are showing in the iLoveKickboxing Branded App.

1. On your mobile device, locate and open the iLoveKickboxing Branded App.

2. If you have not selected your home location, choose the appropriate Country, State/ Province, and Studio.

3. Open the left-hand menu and find the ILKB Classes tab under the Booking section. Select this tab to view the schedule.

4. Review the schedule and make sure that any scheduled Live Stream classes are showing in the iLoveKickboxing Branded App.
