Setting Up Pricing Relationships

Pricing relationships are used between Service Categories so that pricing options from one can be used to pay for services in another. Only iLKB Managers will have the ability to create pricing relationships between Service Categories.

Pricing Relationship Rules

· Pricing relationships can be established between classes, enrollments, and arrivals.

· Appointment service categories can be used to pay for classes, enrollments, or arrivals.

· Classes, enrollments, and arrival pricing options cannot be used to pay for appointments.

· Related pricing options that pay for enrollments must be assigned to each enrollment.

· Pricing relationships can be established between two appointment service categories, but you must also assign the additional appointment types to each pricing option.

How To Create Pricing Relationships

1. From your Home tab, select Services & Pricing in the submenu.

2. Select the type of service you want to set up a relationship for from the left-hand menu. Example: If the relationship you want involves one or more class Service Category, choose Classes.

3. Find a Service Category you want to set up a relationship for and select the gear icon in the top right-hand corner. Choose Create pricing relationship from the drop-down menu.

· The pricing relationship popup will show the Service Category you’re working out of on the left-hand side and all your other Service Categories on the right.

4. Click on the second Service Category you want to pair to see the available relationships.

5. Select the type of relationship you would like to make between the two Service Categories. You have the following options available:

· No relationship between the categories.

· Service Category on the left can pay for the Service Category on the right.

· Service Category on the right can pay for the Service Category on the left.

· Both Service Categories can pay for each other.

6. Once you’re finished choosing from the available relationship types, click Save to finalize our changes.

Things to Know

· In the Business app, all related pricing options appear in service categories in the Retail screen (e.g., Massage pricing options related to the Facial service category will appear in the Facial category in the Retail screen).

· Related pricing options for appointments will not automatically appear in the Checkout cart in consumer mode while a client is booking. The client must select the related service category in the dropdown menu to access the related pricing option while booking and buying.

· Related pricing options for appointments will not automatically appear in Retail when using the Book and Buy option in the appointment schedule. A staff member must select the related service category to access the related pricing option.

· Related pricing options will not automatically appear in the iLoveKickboxing App. A client must select the related service category in the Buy tab to access the related pricing option.
