Outline

To set up a notification:

  1. Log in to your Branded App Administration Panel.
    1. Note: Do not log into api.fitnessmobileapps.com, which was the old Administration Panel. Doing so will cause issues with social pushes.
  2. Under your App Dashboard, click on Locations.

  3. Look for the settings icons on the right of the studio Name, and click on the Social Push icon. This will open your Social Push console.

  4. Under the Control Panel, log in to your social media accounts to authorize and connect to your Social Push console. For iOS and Android, no setup is needed.

  5. Click on the circle icons to select which channels you would like to send your message on.

    • Illuminated icons indicate that the message will be sent out to that channel.
    • Grayed out icons indicate that the specific channel is turned off and the message will not be broadcasted.
  6. After you have selected your preferred channels, click the studio or studios you would like this message sent to under Locations.

  7. Type your message in the box above the location settings, and click on Send.

    • Note: Be sure to keep the message within 140 characters. It may help to abbreviate, or eliminate the "http://www."" prefix from web addresses, when composing your message.
