Learning objective:During the conversion process, Rainmaker will send a full list of clients and memberships to the MINDBODY team. For all members that have PIF for a membership, who have completed their payments but have months remaining OR classes remaining, those memberships will NOT transfer to MindBody. Rainmaker data shows those types of members do not have a membership at all so there is nothing the MindBody team can read off of to put a membership to their name.
You will want to log into Rainmaker and print out a list of the following:
- All Clients who are PIF
- All Class cards who have 0 payments remaining
Once you have obtained these list from Rainmaker, you will next need to go into the MINDBODY software and sell those members, making sure to update the details of their membership. You will find steps on reselling those memberships in the iLKB Learning Center.
