It's important to start with entering your administrative details, such as your business address and website, tax rates and policy forms.
Learn how to create staff member profiles, set their pay, and enable or restrict access within your site. Secondly, learn how your staff members will clock in and out.
Classes are scheduled services that are held on a daily or weekly basis. See how to create and add your classes and pricing. Understand how to use a class waitlist and move waitlisted clients into open class roster spots.
Learn how to add your appointment services and pricing, including assigning services to your staff and setting rules on when and how often clients can book.
Courses are scheduled as a single day or multiple day enrollment, which your clients pay for ahead of time. These lessons will show you how to create your initial course schedule and how to register clients. PLEASE NOTE: Depending on your business needs and available services, you may need some additional assistance with setting up courses. We recommend that you work with an Onboarding specialist one-on-one if your business has robust enrollment or course services.
Setting up arrivals will allow you to track and charge for gym access. Learn how to add arrival services into your site and the process for checking in clients when they arrive at your business.
Now that you've set up pricing for your services, you can add additional pricing solutions and retail options. These options range from products, gift cards, packages, and contracts, as well as tracking and paying staff for sales commissions.
