Purchased Web Trial Took One Class and Did Not Return
Learning Objective: Locate clients that purchased a trial, took one class, but did not return.
The report that will show these clients is the First Visit report.
Navigate to the First Visit report. Click Only show clients with no visits after their first visit. Filter All Locations (or segment it to a specific location.) Select Service Category ‘First Class.’ Ensure Pricing Option is filtered to ‘Web Trial 3 (W3) and Web Trial 5 (W5). Generate
