This section will assist your new staff member to understand how to navigate the Retail Tab of your MINDBODY site. They will learn how to redeem Promotion Codes, sell/utilize Gift Cards, sell services and products, and sell a contract.
In this section your new staff members will learn how to schedule appointments, utilize the class roster, process cancellations and no-shows, and manage an enrollment roster.
If you would like to complete the MINDBODY Level 1 Certification, it provides an in-depth review of the Retail Point of Sale, Client Management, Reporting and MINDBODY Apps. The certification concludes with an exam that will test your knowledge of the topics covered.
