Why can't my clients book multiple (recurring) classes?

The Book Multiple feature allows clients to sign up for a recurring class for weeks, or even months, in advance. If your clients are unable to book recurring classes on your branded app, it may be because the Book Multiple option is disabled, or because your clients don't have enough sessions on their pass to cover all of the requested classes. The information below goes over both.
Before you start

How to enable the Book Multiple option for your branded app.
You can enable this feature through the Branded App Administration Panel.
- Log in to the Branded App Administration Panel.
Click Locations.
Click on the Edit Location (pencil) icon to the right of the location you'd like to edit.
Click on the App Settings tab.
Check Show Recurring Reservations for Classes.
Click Save at the top right.
How clients can book a recurring reservation
Once enabled, your clients can make a recurring reservation by following the instructions listed here.
If clients receive an error message when booking multiple sessions, it's likely their pass doesn't have enough sessions remaining to cover their recurring reservation. When this occurs, they'll see an error message like this:
This indicates your client will need to purchase another pass before completing their reservation.
