Outline

Learning objective:

Customers will love the ability to book their next class from iLoveKickboxing's Branded Mobile App. The app allows customers to easily book class, view their class attendance and purchase history, and track visit stats.

The app is free to download and is available for both iOS and Android

Logging In

  1. Once you have downloaded and opened the app, start by tapping Sign In
  2. Enter the email address used on the profile and the password to login
    • If the customer has not previous signed into ILKB branded app or does not have their login credentials setup, they can either go through the Forgot Password process, or a studio staff member can manually Update Login Information on the client's profile.

  • The landing page will display the studio's class schedule. Assuming there are available sessions this is where the process of Signing Up for Class begins.

Signing Up for Class

  1. Tap the class on the desired date and time.
  2. On the class details page, tap Book Class to reserve your spot.
  3. Once you see the booking success alert, tap Close to complete the process.
  4. Once the class booking process is complete, the class that has been reserved will appear on the class schedule highlighted in red with a red check mark off to the right.

Cancelling Class

  1. If the class reservation needs to be cancelled, start by tapping the class highlighted in red (outlined above) or tap the class in the My Classes section of the app Menu (outlined below)
  2. Tap Cancel Booking at the bottom of the page
  3. In the alert box Do you really want to cancel class ILKB Class?, tap Yes to confirm the class cancellation
  4. Once the Success alert appears tap Close to complete the cancellation process

  2. The Book tab will display all future classes the member is signed up for
  3. If the member needs to cancel a future booked class, they can tap on the class date and time to begin the cancellation process
  4. The Profile tab displays the customer's past purchase history, schedule, and payment information
  5. From the Profile tab you can select Edit to change your information
  6. This is also the page that users would go to to Logout
  7. The More tab is where users can make adjustments to the app's settings and experience as well as log out.
    • Calendar Reminder: Alerts you of an upcoming service, up to 2 hours ahead of time. Please note that changing this setting does not affect existing reminders that have been added to your calendar.
    • Language: Sets the language for app menus and settings. Does not affect service names, descriptions, or other sections that are customized by the business directly.
    • Send confirmation emails: Sends confirmation emails for purchases and scheduling changes made within the app. Emails received when booking through the business's website are governed by a separate setting in your Client Profile. This setting can only be altered by logging into your account from a desktop computer, or contacting the business directly.
    • Enable location services: Location services are used to sign you into class when you near the business. If location services are enabled, you will need to sign in at the front desk.
    • Clear settings: Logs out the current account and resets all settings to their default.
    • Log Out: Logs out of the app.
    • Prompt me to sign in to class: Allows you to sign into class directly from your phone.
    • Allow access to calendar: Opens the Settings screen of your device, where you can grant the app permission to access your calendar. This is required to use calendar reminders.

Forgot Password

Your customers may occasionally forget their passwords, use a different app password than what is on file with your business, or not even remember that they have an existing MINDBODY account. When this is the case, they can only reset their passwords using your branded app.

  1. If you tap Forgot Password on the Login page you will be taken to this page.
  2. Enter the email address associated with your client profile in your studio's site, then tap Retrieve Password
  3. You will receive an email with a password reset link. Click this link, which will then open a page in the browser to create your new password.
  4. Enter a New Password, then re-enter in the Confirm New Password area.
  5. Click Save
  6. An alert will appear on the screen advising that Your password has been updated.

Errors

  • You have no available payment options: This indicates the customer does not have any class sessions available for the class they are attempting to sign up for. They don't have an active membership, or a membership that supports visits in a certain frequency.
