Welcome to MINDBODY! Thank you for choosing us to help you grow and manage your business. Let’s start getting your site up and going.
Step 1: Locating your site
- Open your Internet browser.
- If you are using a PC, then we recommend running the latest version of Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, or Internet Explorer.
- If you are using a Mac, then we recommend running the latest version of Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, or Safari.
- In the address bar, type https://www.mindbodyonline.com/login. After you click enter, you will see the screen below.
- In the Find Your Site search bar, enter your site ID number or the name of your iLKB location. The page will change so that the site ID now appears in the upper right corner of the screen and the name of the business should now show in the middle of the screen.
- Your studio's unique site ID number will be provided before MINDBODY training. If you are a new staff member please contact your manager for this information.
- After you locate your business in the search results, click the Select button.
Step 2: Logging into your site
- Enter your username and password provided to you by MINDBODY or your manager.
- Click Log In.
- You should make sure to also bookmark this page or download a shortcut to your desktop for easier access in the future.
