How Do I Override a Price?

Overriding an Item Price

You can override the price of individual item(s) in an order, if your login role and permissions allow for it.

1. Click on the order item that you would like to override the price for.
2. To override the price from this new page, select Override within the Adjustments section.
3. Enter your new desired price into the text box labeled Set New Price.
4. Select an override reason from the drop-down menu, if enabled.
5. Click Save.

Your item will now show the overridden price.

Please Note: If there is a deposit on the order, you will not be able to override the price. Please contact support if you need assistance overriding a service with a deposit. Support will need to delete and recreate the order.
