Setting your business to "closed"

Mindbody has a quick tool enabling you to close your schedule all at once. You may decide to close your entire schedule, or you may want to select certain Service Categories.

Before you start:

• If you have clients with reservations for services, you'll want to remove their reservations to keep an accurate record. This will also prevent the software from pulling a session from a pricing option to pay for that service or showing as unpaid.
• If you pay your staff a "No Registrations Rate" for classes or enrollments, you'll need to cancel those services before scheduling your closed business day(s).

Things to know:

• Closed business days may take 24 hours or more to show in your branded mobile app.
• Closed business days do not display on the business app.
